We offer a variety of traditional and modern yoga practices including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga-inspired sessions, and specialized classes for Breathwork (Pranayama) and Guided Meditation.

Absolutely! Most of our classes are multi-level and beginner-friendly. Mayuri provides personalized adjustments and modifications to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe, regardless of their experience level.

Please wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. We provide yoga mats and props at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Also, carry a small towel and a water bottle.

Guided Meditation is a practice where a teacher guides you to focus your mind, using mindfulness, breathing techniques, and visualization. It helps quiet the busy mind, reduce anxiety, improve emotional resilience, and promote deep physical relaxation and sleep.
